This year marks the 25th anniversary of Professor Semyon Borisovich Yakubovich's arrival in Portugal - a celebration of his extraordinary academic contributions and the enduring legacy he has built. Born on January 22, 1961, in Brest, Belarus, Professor Yakubovich is an internationally renowned mathematician whose research and mentorship have profoundly influenced the field of mathematics.
