EVENT POSTPONED: Due to the emergency for the Covid-19 epidemic, the organizers postponed the conference to 2021. 

The purpose of the workshop is to stimulate research and foster interaction between researchers interested in the subject. The informal workshop atmosphere will facilitate the exchange of ideas from different scientific areas and, hopefully, the participants will be informed on the latest developments and new ideas.
